How often should I inspect my school roof?

We recommend looking for signs of roof damage initially.  This may include dinged gutters and downspouts from hail, roof leaks, or even looking for openings around HVAC equipment that sits on top of your roof.  Your best plan at roof inspection is to have a professional look at your roof.  Many commercial roofing companies provide a preventative maintenance program which typically consists of an inspection twice a year. 

Allowing a professional to inspect your roof on a regular basis (semi-annually) is a great way to potentially avoid costly repairs due to Mother Nature and negligence.
