If you have a faulty metal roof that is leaking and in need of repair, a roof coating is your solution.

Below is a 12 step process that we utilize to help our customers with metal roof problems.

1. REPAIR
Minor sheet metal repairs are made and all loose or missing fasteners are resecured or replaced.

2. WASH
The roof is power washed with water at 3000 psi.

3. INSTALL
Sheet metal crickets are installed behind all rooftop units.

4. TREAT
All rust is treated with rust inhibitor. Areas of residual asphalt are primed.

5. SEAL
Horizontal seams, or endlaps, are sealed with a 6″ width of flashing grade reinforced with high quality fabric. All vertical seams are sealed with flashing grade.

6. DETAIL
All detail areas including curbs, ridges, pipe penetrations, rakes, and skylight perimeters are sealed with flashing grade and high quality fabric.

7. ENCAPSULATE
Fasteners are encapsulated.

8. RESTORE
Fiberglass skylights are restored.

9. INSPECT
The roof receives its first mandatory inspection by a certified technician.

10. INSTALL
The base coat of the synthetic-rubber membrane, typically gray, is applied to the entire roof area.

11. APPLY
The finish coat of the synthetic-rubber membrane, typically white, is installed over the base coat. The total membrane thickness is 28 dry mils.

12. CERTIFY
The second certified inspection is performed and the warranty is issued.
